Our Makita 12″ chain saw uses the latest in lithium-ion battery technology to provide effective chainsaw performance without the hassle of two-stroke petrol power. This unit run two 18VL-I batteries and has a power output equivalent to a 30 cc engine. It achieves 20 m/sec chain speed but with only 87.7 dB noise. The easy stop-start feature of this machine makes it ideal for trimming and cutting branches for loading onto a trailer or feeding into a chipper. One of our favourites!
